How can I add my website?
The setup process is very simple and intuitive, here is how to do it.
Make sure you have an account, you are logged in and that your plan is active.
Go to the websites page.
Add Websitebutton and a simple form will appear.
Fill in the
Nameof your website, a simple identifier for you. It does not matter to us what you write in this box.
Select the protocol that your website uses,
https. We recommend using
httpsand making sure your website has an SSL Certificate.
Fill in the
Websitefield with your website domain, subdomain or domain path.
Ex: domain.com, subdomain.domain.com, domain.com/path.
How to install the tracking script?
Afterward, with this code, all your website visitors will load the script in the background from your website and give us all the needed details to do our magic and give you the analytics that you need.
Make sure you are logged in to your account.
Go to your websites list that you added.
Click on the
Tracking codebutton and a simple modal will appear.
Click on the
Copy Pixelbutton or
select and copythe code from the textbox area.
Place this code in the header of your website, right before the end of the

Verify installationtab and then click the button. If you see an alert box saying that the pixel is installed, then you finished the installation process.
Will the pixel tracking code slow down my website?
Why are some visitors excluded from tracking?
There are some cases where a visitor can be excluded from tracking:
Visitor has a browser that has local storage disabled or not working
Visitor has a browser/browser plugin that is blocking tracking
Visitor has an opted-out of tracking from your website
Why for some visitors, session replays are not playing or empty?
One possible reason is that the particular visitor is excluded from tracking due to having a browser/extension that is blocking tracking or opted-out of tracking.
DNT (Do Not Track)
Yes, we do honor the Do Not Track (DNT) setting from browsers that support this.
Do not track is a setting from your browser which, after you enable it, it will tell the sites that you visit that you do not want to be tracked. Unfortunately, it is not very well supported by browsers as of yet but if we receive this header setting from your browser, we are honoring it!
What if you want to track everyone and skip the DNT setting? It is possible to do that as well if you are a website owner.
To ignore the DNT and to also track those visitors, simply add

Data Collection & Processing
We provide analytics for website owners and to provide those analytics we need to collect certain information, here is how we do it.
In this case, we refer to visitors that come in contact with any website that has our pixel tracking code installed.
When the visitor first enters the website, a Unique identifier (UUID) is generated and assigned to that visitor’s browser, including other UUIDs generated for that specific visit session and page.
We do not store information like the IP of the visitor for identification or do any fingerprinting.
The IP address of the visitor is only used for detecting the country of the visitor and it is never stored in our database.
Data collection can differ from website to website and their plans as we provide multiple types of analytics/tracking modes for our customers.
Like we specified above, our services provide multiple forms of tracking for our customers.
Standard tracking where we only record visitors’ data, their sessions, and their pageviews.
Visitors Events Tracking where we also track events like mouse clicks, scrolls, browser resizing, and form submissions.
Session Replays where we track almost every event that a visitor makes in order to provide a high-quality session replay for the website owner.
Heatmaps where we generate a snapshot of the tracked page and track events that the visitors are making (such as clicks) to provide a heatmap of the overall usage to the owner of the website.
How can I create a goal?
First of all, you need to understand the concept of a goal. A goal is something that you want to track that the already existing analytics are not tracking—anything from a button click, downloads, specific page view, like a thank-you page after a checkout…etc.
The pageview goal is the easiest to set up and the conversion of the goal will happen once a visitor reaches a certain specified page.
A good example would be when you have a ‘thank you’ page after the conversion happened (newsletter, purchase, form submission…etc) where the user will land on after
Custom goals will require some extra code implemented to the tracked website, which is specified when you create a new goal from the dashboard.
A custom goal is mainly used when you want to track a specific event that happens on your website, which can’t be tracked with the pageview method.
Some examples of where custom goals will shine are:
Tracking clicks on external links
Tracking more advanced form submissions
Tracking clicks on specific parts of your pages
When this code will trigger inside of your page, the goal conversion will be triggered as well on our side.

We do take privacy and your privacy seriously and we provide you and your users the ability to opt-out of any website that uses our tracking system.
If you are a website owner that uses our tracking services then, we highly recommend you to provide the following option for your users to be able to opt-out of the tracking.
The opt-out process is straight forward and can be done by simply accessing any website that has our tracking code installed and adding the following query parameter in your browser:
So if your website is
https://domain.com/ and you have our pixel tracking code installed, you and your users can opt-out of the tracking by accessing the following URL
By doing this, we set a local storage variable in your browser that tells our pixel tracking code to stop and do not further execute. Clearing your local storage, changing the browser, or running the site in incognito will enable tracking again as the Opt-Out variable is not set anymore.

How to add the custom domain?
The custom domain is not essential for the analytic, but it will give you the ability to bypass ad-blockers on your domain. (if there is any)
To add the custom domain, is really simple, just add your Domain Name in the “Connect custom domain” and make sure that your domain or subdomain has an A record pointing to our IP or CNAME record pointing to our application. Can take up 48h for your domain to be approved and accepted by our customer service.
Can I cancel my yearly subscription?
Yes, from your dashboard, you can cancel your membership, cancel your account and even upgrade your account. Also, you can contact us at email@example.com
Do you offer refund?
No, we don’t offer refunds, but we do offer a 7-day free trial for just one website, without requiring any cards payment.
